Founded in 2001 as a carry‑out spot, we’ve cooked our way into hearts and bellies across southern Indiana. Today, we offer full‑service dining with enough seats for 200 to relax and savor our signature slow‑smoked ribs, brisket, pulled pork, and homestyle sides.

What began as a small carry‑out in Tell City quickly became a family staple. In 2002 we expanded to a 200‑seat dine‑in restaurant while staying true to our roots: hand‑rubbed meats, slow‑cooked to tender, fall‑off‑the‑bone perfection.
